I'm the researcher coordinating this project.

I am a New Zealand registered dietitian and have spent the past 5 years working in catering management, first as a foodservice manager at Waikato Hospital and most recently as a catering manager at a large school in England. A main part of my role in England was the development of a healthier eating environment in the school in response to new government legislation about food in schools.

I'm really looking forward to coordinating this initiative and I hope it will be a really positive experience for everyone involved. I look forward to hearing your comments about the initiative as time goes on.
